In addition – and especially important for the first sales phases – you can document in the CRM system which sales activities took place for which customer. Appointment reminders, reminders and individual distribution lists – all these are functions that are a matter of course for modern fashion sales.

Create price lists for each customer and sales channel with just a few clicks. With the transfer of the articles from a collection or a delivery program you become super fast super productive. Of course, the price list – also with article images – can be output as PDF.
Of course, the prices defined in a price list are also taken into account in EDI data traffic.

In accordance with the requirements of commercial agent law, Indigo offers you very convenient options for creating agent invoices. Starting with the entry of the agent master data, through the conditions and agreed settlement modalities to territory and customer assignments, you can enter all data in simple and clear dialogs. The settlements are then issued according to the sales success on this basis.
By the way: As in the customer management module, all circumstances can also be historized: If the underlying data changes, old settlements are of course still correct.
The representatives see the generated statements on the dashboard as soon as they log into Indigo.

Indispensable for modern everyday sales – and sales success: Who discussed what with whom and when? What activities are derived from this? Who should be included in which mailing campaign? Indigo CRM has the answers to all these questions.
Depending on how consistently you want to exploit the possibilities, all address data can be cleverly filtered and exported in the usual formats (e.g. for newsletter campaigns in other systems).
